Shipping Policy

8Bitdo processes and ships all orders directly from its distribution center in China, with most standard shipments sent via USPS service providers. Typically, packages reach their destination within 5-7 business days, though occasionally they may take a bit longer. The brand handles orders from Monday to Friday, starting at 9:00 am local Chinese time. Any orders placed after 9 am on Friday will be processed the following business day. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified. For international orders, customers might need to cover additional customs charges to receive their items.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Within 30 natural days after receiving the goods, 8BitDo accepts returns if the outer packing, accessories, gifts, and manual are complete and without man-made damage. For non-quality-related returns and refunds, the buyer bears the shipping costs. However, for product quality problems confirmed by a technician or damage during logistics, 8BitDo covers the freight for return or exchange, but only once. The brand does not accept returns after 30 days, for incomplete goods, or for items with artificial damage. Additionally, 8BitDo is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipment when returning.
