Shipping Policy

Airweave is based in the US and currently doesn't offer international shipping, including to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. However, the brand is happy to provide shipping quotes for small items going to Hawaii or Canada. Unfortunately, Airweave cannot ship King or Cal King size mattresses to these locations. Enjoy free, no-contact delivery.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Airweave offers a 60-night sleep trial on mattresses, futons, and toppers. If you're not satisfied, the brand allows for a partial refund in your original payment form, minus a $199 transportation service fee and a 15% recycling fee. A minimum trial period of 14 nights is required. Accessories are final sale unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect; in such cases, you must contact support@Airweave.us within 48 hours. Exchanges are allowed within the 60-night trial period for items of equal or greater value, subject to a $199 transportation fee and any price difference. For third-party purchases, the 60-night trial does not apply, and products must be unused and in new condition, with a $199 transportation fee and a 15% recycling fee still applicable.
