To return one or several accessories, customers are invited to download the form provided and send the package back to Alexandre de Paris (Bailly Créations), c/o Marnia Tabbi, at 19 rue François Rochaix, 01100 Arbent, France. The brand kindly requests that the product be returned no later than 14 days following the cancellation by mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on Alexandre de Paris's part. A full refund will be issued only if the entire order is returned. Any unreturned products will be deducted from the refund amount, and a credit note for the value of those items will be applied to a future order.
