Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Alexis Bittar happily accepts unworn and undamaged products purchased at full price, as well as those with manufacturing defects, for exchange or refund within 21 days of the receipt date from AlexisBittar.com or any Alexis Bittar boutique. A receipt is required for all returns. The brand kindly asks that any order discrepancies be reported within 14 days of delivery. For the holiday season, from November 1, 2025, to December 25, 2025, Alexis Bittar offers an extended return policy, allowing exchanges or refunds through January 15th of the following year, with a receipt or gift receipt. To make the return process easier, the brand provides a flat-rate return label for $6. If you choose to use your own label, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and must ensure that the package is insured.
