To make a return, customers can email orders@anngish.com with their order number and the item they wish to return. The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Ann Gish applies a 25% restocking fee for designer and dealer accounts, but this does not apply to consumer returns. It's important to note that any return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Additionally, custom orders and cut fabric are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
