Aquatalia welcomes returns for most items within 35 days from the day the order ships. Should there be any issues with the delivery, such as non-delivery or damage to products, the brand must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date to assist with replacement or refund. The brand kindly asks for 10-15 business days for the return to be delivered and processed. Once the return is received, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to the original method of payment used to purchase the item(s). It's worth noting that the credit may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your account, depending on your credit card company.
