Atelier Saucier ensures all domestic packages are shipped via UPS or USPS within the United States. Orders placed on the website are dispatched within 2-5 business days, with Standard Shipping typically taking 5-7 days, depending on the delivery location and proximity to the Los Angeles studio. For those in a hurry, Express and Overnight delivery options are available. The brand offers complimentary Standard Shipping for orders over $100. International shipping is available to select countries; for other destinations, customers can reach out to bonjour@ateliersaucier.la for a quote.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Atelier Saucier accepts returns for domestic U.S. orders if the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and the brand is notified within 15 days of the sale. The brand does not accept returns on international orders. Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Embroidered or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a clear internal defect. For eligible returns, Atelier Saucier provides a free prepaid return label.
