Shipping Policy

Automatic Trap offers shipping within the US and Canada, providing free shipping on all orders over $99 in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Canadian customers should note that their region is excluded from this offer. For residents of Hawaii, a 4-6 week shipping delay may occur due to the shipping method. Hazmat products like CO2 canisters will only be shipped by boat. After receiving an order, Automatic Trap processes and ships it within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Most orders are delivered in 7-10 business days after shipping, and a tracking number is provided via email. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order. For orders of more than 10 traps or to remote locations, customers are encouraged to contact shipping@automatictrap.com for a delivery estimate.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

To initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions, customers should contact support@automatictrap.com. Automatic Trap kindly asks that items not be returned without an RMA number. It's important to note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds will have the return shipping cost deducted. The brand only accepts returns from purchases made through the Automatic Trap website, Goodnature websites, or affiliated retailers.
