When a return is due to the consumer, the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. However, if the goods received are damaged or incorrect because of Badgeslide, the customer won't need to cover the shipping fee. There's no restocking fee for returning a product. The cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer, and this expense is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
