Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Bag Borrow or Steal ensures that borrowed items can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping costs, as long as the return shipping label is scanned by UPS within 2 days of receipt. For purchased items, the brand offers store credit if the return shipping label is scanned by the shipping company within 4 days of receipt, with the exception of items marked as FINAL SALE.
