Shipping Policy

BakeDeco offers free shipping within the 48 contiguous states on qualifying orders over $49.99, with item eligibility clearly noted in each description.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

BakeDeco offers free prepaid return labels for items marked "In Stock," with the exception of those shipped via Freight and items sent outside the 48 contiguous states. The brand gives customers the choice to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price, minus shipping charges. For any claims regarding missing items or items damaged during transit, BakeDeco must be notified within two business days of receiving the merchandise. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the same payment form used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
