Bean Products understands that sometimes, you may need to return an item. The brand offers a 30-day window from the time you receive your order to request a return authorization. Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. To complete a return, simply provide both your billing and shipping address and reach out to orders@beanproducts.com to get the process started. In most cases, Bean Products will provide a prepaid return label. After inspecting and approving the returned item, the refund will be issued.
