Return Policy & Exchange Policy

To initiate a return, customers can apply through Beyond Polish's Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. All refunds are provided as store credit in the form of an eGift Card. Used products cannot be returned; all returned items must be unused, new, and in their original packaging. The brand does not accept returns or exchanges for Skincare, Hair care, or Cosmetics. Any returns not approved by customer service will not be accepted. Red-line items, clearance items, sale items, or products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and both original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. It may take up to 10 days for a return to be processed. Once inspected, customers will receive an email confirmation with a gift card equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax if applicable, minus any shipping charges.
