Bijou Build ensures that orders ship within 1-2 business days from Dallas, arriving at your doorstep in 3-5 business days. For wood, the brand partners with your nearest Lowes or Home Depot to deliver it within 2-5 days of placing your order. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99, available throughout the continental U.S. International shipping is also an option, though it excludes wood.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Bijou Build will happily accept returns for any reason within 45 days of shipping. To arrange prepaid FedEx return labels, feel free to reach out to the brand at customers@bijoubuild.com. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
