BizChair offers returns on all items, unless otherwise stated, within 30 days of purchase. For a return to be accepted, the items must be unopened and unassembled. The brand requires customers to obtain written authorization before returning any merchandise. To get a return authorization (RA) number, customers can contact Customer Service at 1-800-924-2472 or via email at customerservice@theubiquegroup.com. Once authorized, the return must be received within 10 days. Custom items, however, are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless there is an error. In such cases, customers should provide pictures of the incorrect items within 10 business days for a replacement or refund.
