Shipping Policy

Bobbies offers free standard shipping on all orders over $150 to addresses in the United States, with both standard and express delivery options available. For those hoping to receive their items before Christmas, the brand recommends placing standard orders by December 16 before 1pm (Paris Time) and express orders by December 19 before 1pm (Paris Time).

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Bobbies is delighted to offer free returns on all full-priced purchases within 14 days of delivery. During the festive season, orders placed after November 24, 2025, can be returned until January 6, 2026. The brand kindly asks that only items in perfect condition and in their original packaging be returned. Bobbies provides refunds but does not offer exchanges. If the return address is in the same country as the delivery address, the return fee is covered by the brand, and a prepaid transport label can be downloaded from the account, with one label per order.
