Brush on Block ensures all US orders received before 12 PM CST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after noon CST will ship the following business day. The brand offers standard shipping for regular US orders at $3.95, with free shipping for orders over $50. For orders under $150, Brush on Block uses USPS Ground Advantage, while UPS Ground is used for orders over $150. All orders come with tracking. International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide, arriving within one to five days, with express shipping and pre-customs clearance. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and duties and taxes are also calculated and paid at checkout to speed up delivery. Note that Spray-On Lotion Sunscreens can only be shipped within the continental U.S.

Brush on Block is committed to customer satisfaction, ensuring that refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date are made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping costs. The brand accepts returns or exchanges for any BRUSH ON BLOCK® products within 30 days of the date of purchase. For products bought from another retailer or website, customers are asked to send a copy of their receipt, which should show the seller's name and the date of purchase. Products purchased from an authorized dealer through an authorized sales channel come with a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase, though they are only eligible for an exchange. It's important to note that purchases made from companies other than Brush on Block cannot be refunded.
