Return Policy & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, Bumpsuit requires that the process be initiated through the portal within 14 days of the package being delivered. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags attached. For domestic returns, a $10 shipping fee applies, while international returns incur fees based on the cost of the shipping label. It's important to note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After 14 days from the postmark date of delivery, the package is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
