Cathay Pacific offers a flexible refund policy, allowing for the return of unused tickets up to two years from their original issuance date. In cases where tickets are either entirely or partially unused, taxes can be refunded. For those partially used tickets that do qualify for a refund, Cathay Pacific ensures that the amount is credited back to the original payment method, whether it's a credit card or bank account. Should you wish to cancel a fully unused ticket, after paying a cancellation fee, you'll be entitled to a refund. Similarly, with partially used tickets, you have the option to cancel the unused portion by paying a cancellation fee and receive a refund for that part. Post-cancellation, the tax on the unused segment will also be returned to you. It's important to note that all cancellations and refunds are governed by the brand's terms and conditions.
