CatsPlay values the satisfaction of its customers and strives to make the return process as smooth as possible. Return requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving an item. The brand will provide a return authorization number and a special return address upon approval. To ensure a seamless return, items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and paperwork included. Returns sent without a return authorization number may incur a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return. In the event that an item arrives damaged, CatsPlay asks that you notify them immediately and provide photos so that a repair or replacement can be arranged.
