Cavender's gladly accepts returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in as-new condition, with tags and packaging intact, unwashed, and unworn. For purchases made between October 1 and December 30, the brand offers an extended return period of 90 days from the date of purchase. When returning items, make sure to include the Merchandise Return Form, along with a copy of your packing slip, email order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order inside the package. If you choose to return items via UPS, unless it's footwear, a $8.99 charge will be deducted from your refund.
