Shipping Policy

Chemist Confessions offers free standard shipping and a free sample for all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, there's a flat rate of $4.95 with delivery within 3-5 business days. If you need your items faster, the 2-day expedited option is available for $15, arriving in 2 days after processing. For international customers, the brand provides standard shipping at $15 via USPS, which takes about 4 weeks post-processing, or express shipping at $19.99 via FedEx, delivering in 5-8 business days post processing. Please note that VAT fees are not covered for international orders.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Chemist Confessions welcomes all purchases to be eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. To start the return process, simply email returns@chemistconfessions.com with your order number and the products you wish to return.
