Christian book is happy to offer a 60-day return policy for new and unopened merchandise, allowing customers to exchange or receive a refund of the merchandise cost. However, shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. To ensure a smooth process, items must be in an unused, unmarked, and sellable condition. When it comes to DVDs, CDs, computer software, or other media, these can only be refunded if they are unopened. If opened, they may be returned for a replacement of the same item. It's important to note that personalized items cannot be returned for a replacement or refund, unless there is a defect in the personalization or the item itself.
