Return Policy & Exchange Policy

ClixAuto takes care of processing returns within 7-10 business days, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If Clix Wiper Blades are unused and in their original condition, they can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, customers need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number. Refunds will be issued, minus the cost of return shipping. In cases where the wiper blades have been opened and used, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Exchanges for identical or different products are allowed, with customers covering any price differences. Proof of purchase is required for all returns, and proper communication with the service team is essential, as returns will not be processed without it.
