Cobra takes pride in ensuring a smooth and efficient return process. Upon receiving the item, Cobra will promptly process the return. Any product that has been mishandled or not properly serviced will be considered out of warranty. The RMA Representative, along with their supervisor, will have the final say on the return. To make things easy, the brand offers a simple, three-step process: first, request an RMA number from the Customer Service Team; second, ship the item back to Cobra; and finally, the return will be processed as soon as it is received.
