However, Coop Sleep Goods is pleased to provide free standard ground shipping for all orders over $56.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Coop Sleep Goods invites customers to return any verified faulty or unopened product within the first 30 days for a full refund, minus transportation expenses. To start the return process, reach out to the brand for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label. Without an RMA number, the return won't be eligible for a refund. If the return is not verified as faulty and the boxes have been opened or the product has been used, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
