Once an order is processed, Cuddl Duds ensures it ships within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM CST). If you need your items sooner, Cuddl Duds provides express shipping (3-day) for $15.00 and priority shipping (2-day) for $20.00. The brand ships to all US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. For APODPOFPO orders, customers are kindly requested to place their orders via telephone.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Cuddl Duds accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased directly from their website. To start a return, customers can visit cuddlduds.happyreturns.com, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a store gift card.
