Curated Brands offers a 90-day return window from the date of receiving an item. When a return is requested, it must be shipped within 7 days. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear. To ensure a smooth process, merchandise should be unworn, in its original condition, and with the security tag intact. Before mailing any returns, customers need to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) via email. The brand kindly reminds that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. For refunds, there's a 15% restocking fee, while store credit incurs a 10% fee; size exchanges, limited to one, are free. If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items, please email sales@curatedbrands.co before starting the return process. Final Sale items, however, are not eligible for return or exchange.
