When it comes to returns, Delta Team Tactical requires an approved RMA and applies a 5% restock fee, minus shipping costs. Before making a return, requesting a refund, or exchanging under warranty, customers need to email support@deltateamtactical.zendesk.com or call Customer Service to get an RMA. All returns must include the original order number, receipt, or invoice. In case of any issues with an order, it's important to notify Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
