Detailk2 allows orders to be canceled up to 24 hours before the expected ship date. Any orders canceled after shipment are subject to the original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. If an order arrives with missing parts or accessories, customers can reach out to Detailk2 directly by phone or email. The brand will send the missing parts or accessories free of charge, so there's no need to return the entire product. For any address changes, Detailk2 requests that these be made over the phone at least 48 hours before the requested ship date. If a DK2 item was purchased from a retailer or dealer, the returns process should be initiated with the retailer to ensure a refund is received.
