Any orders that come in after these times will be taken care of the following business day. Discount Vape Pen processes orders between 8:30 AM ET and 3:00 PM ET on weekdays, and from 8:30 AM ET to 12:00 PM ET on Saturdays. Please note that the brand does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or FPOAPO addresses.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Discount Vape Pen offers a 5-day return policy for dead-on-arrival or unused items, provided they are factory sealed in their original packaging. If the return is not due to a dead-on-arrival item or a manufacturer defect, it may be subject to a 15% processing fee, plus the original cost of shipping if it was initially free.
