DOWNLITE only ships to the United States, with a $20 surcharge per item for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, plus a $5 handling fee. Orders usually take 4-5 business days to leave the facility, and expedited shipping is not available. The brand often sends items in separate boxes, which may arrive on different days.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

DOWNLITE applies a return service fee to each item returned. To initiate the process, customers can email CustomerCare@Downlite.com with the tracking number and the date of the return shipment. For refunds, sending a photo of the FedEx receipt to the same email address will ensure a smooth transaction.
