Shipping Policy

Dragon Hemp takes pride in shipping to all U.S. states and territories, with the exception of Alabama, Idaho, and Kansas due to local regulations. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available. The brand processes and ships orders within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the next business day, while those before 12 PM EST may go out the same day.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Dragon Hemp welcomes returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. The brand kindly requests that returns include the unused portion or be in their original, unopened packaging. A $5 return shipping fee applies, and for orders that originally qualified for free shipping, an additional $5 will be deducted from the refund. Dragon Hemp also offers a Peace-of-Mind Guarantee, allowing 14 days to try the product. If not satisfied, the brand will provide a refund or an alternative (this guarantee applies only to the first purchase of each product, with no more than 25% used, and excludes subscriptions and sale items).
