Shipping Policy

Eastern Leaf offers free shipping on orders over $99. The brand currently cannot ship to PO Boxes or APOFPO addresses. Business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are the only days when deliveries are available. Eastern Leaf provides multiple shipping methods, including flat rate ground and express options. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and will be displayed at checkout.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Eastern Leaf welcomes returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition, undamaged, and with all parts intact. For live plants, the brand kindly requests notification within 7 days of receipt if they arrive damaged or defective. Please return items to 3826 Riverside Dr., Chino, CA 91710, and remember to include the packing slip. Note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
