Eurail ensures that the booking fee and shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases. For unused or partially used seat reservations, refunds and exchanges are not possible unless the specific refund and exchange policy allows it. When it comes to paper tickets, they must be returned for a refund; if tickets are lost in the mail, unfortunately, no refund can be provided. In instances where Plus Pass Credits are used for seat reservations, both the reservation and the credit are non-refundable, but may be exchangeable under certain service-specific conditions.
