While Ferkos Fine Jewelry isn't responsible for lost or stolen items once marked 'Delivered' by the delivery service, the brand will replace your order free of charge if it hasn't arrived and hasn't been marked delivered within 30 days of shipment, a service offered exclusively to US customers.

The items must be shipped back to the studio within 14 days of delivery, arriving in brand new condition and original packaging.
