Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged by contacting Field And Supply within 7 days of order fulfillment, and the item(s) should be returned within 14 days. To request a return or exchange, customers are encouraged to email info@fieldandsupply.com. Once approved, returns must be shipped directly back to the seller, with the return shipping address provided upon request. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for items that have been used or show signs of wear. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and items damaged during transit are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, which is noted on the product page. Final sale items, including food, apothecary items, furniture, lighting, gift cards, made-to-order items, and sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, all orders outside the U.S. are considered final sales.
