Firstleaf understands that sometimes plans change, and if you need to refuse a delivery, the brand will process a refund minus a $25 restocking fee. Should the tracking information show the order as delivered, a full refund is not possible. When shipments are refused or returned to the warehouse, Firstleaf applies a $25 restocking fee. In cases where the entire shipment is returned due to damages, the brand offers the option to have it reshipped or to receive a credit to your Firstleaf account.
