This refund is valid for any single product or one Fre Skincare Set, with the exception of the Mighty Nine. To take advantage of this offer, simply send an email to help@freskincare.com within 30 days of your purchase, letting them know which item or set you'd like to return. There's no need to send anything back; Fre Skincare just wants to make sure you're happy. Once processed, credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to show up on your statement.
