GiiKER values its customers and aims to provide a seamless shopping experience. The brand's return policy lasts 30 days, so if more than 30 days have passed since receiving the product, unfortunately, a refund or exchange cannot be offered. For a return to be eligible, all items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received, and they must also be in their original packaging. GiiKER will cover the return or exchange shipping fee for any defective items, but if a customer is not satisfied with the product and wishes to exchange it, the customer will need to cover the return postage. Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours, and refunds will be made back to the payment solution initially used.
