Glasseslit ensures that all orders are dispatched by third-party logistics. The brand processes normal single vision glasses within 3-4 business days, while orders for photochromic lenses, polarized lenses, bifocals, progressive lenses, or prescription sunglasses may take 7-15 business days.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Glasseslit invites customers to reach out by phone or email within 30 days of receiving their eyeglasses to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The brand kindly asks that returns be in unworn, original condition, complete with the original case and lens cleaning cloth. Customers can choose between store credit, which excludes the shipping fee, or a 50% refund of the production cost, also excluding shipping, to their original payment method. Please note that Glasseslit does not cover return postage.
