If you are not totally satisfied with an item purchased from Golfballs.com, you may return it in its original, new condition within 30 days for a full product refund. The brand does not accept returns on clubs that have been used. Due to their custom nature, personalized golf balls can only be returned for partial credit. Golf balls, bags, and shoes cannot be returned if they have been used, unless they are defective or covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Should you purchase an item that does not fit correctly, such as shoes or gloves, you can ship the item back in new and unused condition, and the brand will replace it with the correct size if available. Returns and shipping charges due to sizing issues are at the customer's expense. If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or defect, Golfballs.com will refund your shipping charges. For other reasons, shipping charges will not be refunded. In the event that the wrong item is delivered, the brand will pick up the incorrect item and deliver the correct one at no cost to you.
