Return Policy & Exchange Policy

If the wine you receive is faulty, Gregory invites you to return it within one week for a refund or an exchange for another product. Give the brand a call at (707)474-2149 and share the reason for the return, along with your preference for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Ensure the item is packed and sealed securely, and use the return address on your invoice. Packages must be returned pre-paid, as COD deliveries cannot be accepted. The brand will refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent or if the item is defective. In case of a replacement, Gregory will also cover the shipping costs for the exchanged items.
