Hagan Ski Mountaineering is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the brand welcomes returns within 30 days of receiving the item, provided it is in a sale-able condition, for a full refund or a like-for-like exchange, where available. The product must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Should the product have been damaged or used, including skis that have been mounted, issuing a refund will not be possible. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the product is received, Hagan Ski Mountaineering will issue a full refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original order.
