If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, Hempvana is happy to provide an exchange or refund the purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 90 days after receipt (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Should you receive damaged or defective items, the brand encourages you to contact the Customer Support Team for an exchange. While consumable items cannot be returned once opened, unused and unopened consumable items are eligible for return. Once Hempvana receives your return at the warehouse, it will be processed within 5 business days, and refunds typically appear in your account within 5 business days after processing. The brand is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipment.
