Heybike provides a 2-year warranty for each Heybike e-bike, excluding all wear and tear items. The warranty begins from the day of receiving the bike. For subsequent owners, the warranty is valid only if proof of original purchase is provided. Accessories purchased separately have a 1-year warranty. Wear and tear items (e.g., tires, brake pads, chains, spokes) are not covered. Damage from improper use, accidents, corrosion, or external causes is excluded. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover are not covered.

Genuine Heybike parts and components purchased separately come with a 2-year limited warranty. Within 7 days of receipt, returns and exchanges are accepted; after 7 days, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If an accessory has a quality issue, return or exchange shipping fee is fully covered by Heybike. For returns due to no quality issue, exchange is not accepted; for returns, 20% of the order amount will be deducted as a handling/shipping fee (minimum $15).
