Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Homeport welcomes returns within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that the original receipt or gift receipt is presented. The brand kindly requests that all items be returned in like-new, working condition, complete with all original packaging materials. A 5% return processing fee applies to each return. If any original packaging materials are missing, a 15% open box fee, which requires special approval, will be added on top of the processing fee. It's worth noting that certain items, such as custom items, digital products and downloads, opened storage devices, and clearance or final sale items, are not eligible for return. Should you receive a defective item, Homeport is happy to offer an exchange or refund within the return period.
