Shipping Policy

Hominter offers free shipping to the 48 contiguous US states, with an additional fee for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. The brand cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs. Most orders are shipped the same day or within 1-2 business days, as Hominter's warehouses are closed on weekends. Average transit times are 3-7 business days within the Contiguous U.S. and 5-14 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Global shipping is available for an extra fee, typically taking 7-10 days, though remote areas may take longer, and this does not include processing time.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Hominter accepts returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in good and resalable condition. A maximum restocking fee of up to 10% may apply, but this can be waived if a substitute product of equal or greater value is purchased. Sample orders, however, are not eligible for returns. For items sold in full box quantities, the entire box must be returned. The brand does not accept returns for items that have been painted, stained, glued, or worked upon. Claims of defective material will not be accepted after 30 days. If an item arrives broken, customers should contact Hominter for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges if returning without a specific reason, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
