Hoppa understands that sometimes a change of heart is necessary, which is why the brand offers 30 days from the date of receipt by you or a nominated recipient to return the goods. Should your order arrive damaged, with missing parts, or incorrect items, Hoppa kindly asks that you reach out to hello@littlehoppa.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. It's worth noting that return postage costs are generally non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty, in which case, providing a copy of the postage receipt will ensure those costs are covered. Each returned item undergoes an individual assessment, and any refunds will be credited back to the account used for the original purchase, typically within 14 working days from when the warehouse receives the return.
