Hug Sleep offers a 30-night sleep guarantee for products in the Sleep Pod and Loungewear Collections, allowing customers to exchange or return items within 30 days of receiving their order. The Sleep Pod Collection includes specific products, but some items such as the Hug Sleep Mask鈩? Hug Stretch鈩?Cozy Carry Bag, Pod Pillow鈩? Hug Body Pillow鈩? all pillowcases, and the Elf Sleep Pod are final sale and not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
